BANANA SANSRIVAL

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
3 pcs. medium sized bananas
2 to 3 teaspoons ground peanuts

Optional:

Add several drops peppermint, almond, lemon, or orange extract or flavoring to the frosting.
Instead of ground peanuts, you can also use 2 to 3 teaspoons small multicolored decorative candies

Steps:
1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together butter and one-half of the powdered sugar. Beat in milk, extract and add remaining powdered sugar.

2. Slice bananas lengthwise and line up on a decorative platter. Spread the frosting on top. Sprinkle with ground nuts. Chill.
